Privacy Policy

Who we are

Targeted Imaging (“we,” “us”) runs this website, targetedimaging.com. This policy explains what information the website collects, how we use it and the choices you have. It covers this website only.

Information you give us

When you send our contact form, we receive your name, work email, organization, phone number (if you add one), what you're interested in and any note you write. We use it to reply to you and to talk with you about our services.

The website is built for businesses and isn't meant to collect health information, so please leave patient or medical details out of the form.

Information collected automatically

  • Visitor counts. We count visits with a privacy-focused tool we run ourselves. It uses no cookies and doesn't follow you to other websites. It records things like the pages viewed, the site that sent you, your browser and device type and your approximate country, not who you are.
  • Security and server logs. Our hosting provider records technical details of each visit, such as IP address, browser type and time, to keep the website running and protect it from abuse. These logs are kept for a limited time.
  • Error reports. If a page breaks, technical details of the error may be sent to an error-monitoring service so we can fix it. It is set up not to store IP addresses or anything typed into our forms.
  • Maps. Some pages show Google Maps. When you use a map, Google receives information under the Google Privacy Policy.

We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or session recording. Because we don't track visitors across other websites, the site works the same whether or not your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal.

How we use information

To answer your questions and follow up with you; to operate, secure and improve the website; and to meet our legal obligations.

How we share information

We don't sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that host and run the website and our email for us, under agreements that limit how they can use it; when the law requires it; or as part of a merger, sale or similar business change, under this policy's protections.

How long we keep it

We keep form messages as long as we need them to respond and to keep up a business relationship with you, then delete them. Security logs are kept for shorter periods.

How we protect it

The website uses encrypted connections, information is stored encrypted, and access is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, including California, Washington and other states with privacy laws, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising (we don't do either). We honor Global Privacy Control signals as such an opt-out. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.

To make a request, email william.neugebauer@targetedimaging.com. We'll confirm your request and respond within the time the law requires. An authorized agent may make a request for you, and if we decline a request you can ask us to reconsider by replying to our answer.

Children

This website isn't meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new “last updated” date.
